By using this website or engaging Navyug Technology for a project, you agree to the terms below.
Every project begins with a written scope listing pages, features, price and delivery date. Work outside that document is a change request: we price it and you approve it before we build it.
Projects usually run on an advance and staged payments agreed in writing before work begins. Delivery dates depend on receiving content, approvals and payments on time.
On final payment, the source code and content of your project belong to you. Reusable components, libraries and internal tools we built beforehand remain ours.
Domains, hosting, payment gateways, SMS and similar services are provided by third parties under their own terms and charges. We set them up, but we do not control their pricing or uptime.
Bugs in delivered work are fixed free of charge. New features, content changes and updates after handover are chargeable unless covered by a maintenance agreement.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or data, arising from use of the delivered work. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.
