We would rather be clear about refunds up front than argue about them later.
If you cancel before we start design or development, the advance is refunded in full, minus any third-party cost already paid on your behalf (domain, hosting, licences).
Once design or development has started, the advance covers the work already done and is not refundable. If you cancel mid-project, you receive everything completed up to that point, including the source code for it.
Completed and delivered projects are not refundable. Bugs in the delivered work are our responsibility and are fixed free of charge — a fault we caused is a fix, not a refund case.
Domain, hosting, SSL, payment gateway and app store fees are paid to those providers and follow their refund rules, not ours.
Write to us with your project name and reason. We respond within 3 working days, and approved refunds reach your account within 7 to 10 working days.
